July is one of the best times of year to eat in Britain, when incredible produce is at its peak and our coastline is bursting with the freshest seafood.
For this month’s specials, we’ve turned to the waters off England’s south-west coast for beautifully fresh British octopus,
simply grilled and served with heritage West Sussex tomatoes at their summer best.
Alongside it, you’ll find a rich Devon crab tart piled high with dressed white crab,
before finishing with a light, sparkling strawberry & elderflower jelly that captures the spirit of the English sunshine.
Each dish has also been paired with a standout wine, chosen to bring out every delicious flavour.
