This August, we’re taking it back to the classics. Fully reimagined, mind you, with beautiful British produce, nostalgic flavours and a full dose of Catherine St magic.
Kick things off with our tribute to a legendary dish from Jamie’s much-loved Fifteen restaurant: beautifully fresh tuna carpaccio, reimagined with sour plum ponzu, yuzu and horseradish.
For the main event, there’s our take on chicken cordon bleu, made with Norfolk Black chicken, Doddington cheese and ham hock, served with creamed corn and a bright cherry tomato salsa.
Then tie a bow on it all with an old-school summer custard tart, accompanied by hand-picked Kent strawberries and aged apple balsamic from Herefordshire producer Willy’s.
