Easter weekend is all about celebrating the fresh flavours of spring, soaking up the sunshine (if we’re lucky!) and making special memories with family and friends. And there’s no better place to do it than at our gorgeous restaurant in Covent Garden.
From Friday 18 April to Monday 21 April, we’ll be introducing some seriously good specials that showcase the best of British produce. And our brilliant suppliers, of course.


SPECTACULAR SPECIALS
Start with British asparagus soldiers, wrapped in San Daniele prosciutto, made to dunk into an oozy, crispy Cacklebean egg with Wiltshire truffle shavings. Then gather your loved ones for the ultimate Easter feast and tuck into our whole-roast lamb studded with garlic, rosemary and anchovy. It’s served with all the trimmings and made to share.
*THE* HOT CROSS PUD
Our head pastry chef Emma has taken the humble bread and butter pudding to glorious new heights for Easter weekend. Fragrant hot cross buns are soaked in rich vanilla custard, layered with a touch of citrus zest, and then baked to perfection. It’s our take on a much-loved traditional pud, and it’s going to be utterly delicious!
