VALENTINE’S DAY
LOVE IS IN THE AIR
Soft banquettes, twinkling lights, a secret nook in the heart of Covent Garden – Jamie Oliver Catherine St feels almost made for love. But it’s not just our beautiful restaurant that sets the mood; the food tells a story all its own.
A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
Our Valentine’s menu begins with something special. Try the smoked salmon crumpet with herby Café de Paris butter and sweet shrimps, or a beautiful sausage and Barolo wine risotto with Cora Linn cheese.
Our coal-roasted rainbow beets with creamy goat curd and sharp, sweet blood orange are the perfect choice for any vegetarian. And for something bold, start as you mean to go on with our crispy beer-battered oysters with malt vinegar mayonnaise. Tangy, addictive and totally unmissable.
THE MAIN EVENT
Mains are pure joy. Big enough to share, the Honeymoon Pasta with fresh lobster, juicy mussels and squid is fragrant with white wine and chilli; the dish is inspired by Jamie and Jools’ very own love story, being a dish they had on their honeymoon in Positano, Italy.
Vegetarians will fall for the morel mushroom pithivier with creamy boulangère potatoes and Wiltshire truffles, while old romantics can keep it classic with garlic-stuffed chicken kiev and braised vegetables, or the dry-aged rib-eye steak, sauce Diane and Koffman’s fries.
SHARING DELIGHTS
For dessert, finish in style with a choice of glistening chocolate and hazelnut profiteroles with a dark-chocolate drizzle, brûléed caramel and gold leaf, or our passion fruit pavlova: piles of gooey meringue, Chantilly cream and tangy fruit pulp. Perfect for sharing.
It’s food to fall for. Perfect for two. Book your table today.

BURNS NIGHT SPECIALS
CELEBRATE BURNS NIGHT WITH US!
The Scots certainly know how to feast, and is it any wonder? They have some of the finest produce the British Isles has to offer – many that we’re lucky enough to use right here at Jamie Oliver Catherine St – so, of course, we were always going to raise a dram to Burns Night, the annual celebration of their national poet Robert Burns.
Rumour has it that Burns was such a foodie, he even wrote an ode to Scotland’s national dish. “Fair fa’ your honest, sonsie face, Great chieftain o the puddin’-race!” It’s our favourite quote from Address To A Haggis – and not just because we love the hearty pud!
We’ll be having our own bonnie feast, right here in the heart of Covent Garden, from 24 to 26 January. Join us for merriment, tartan and simply unforgettable specials.
Sláinte Mhath!
A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
Our special menu includes some of Scotland’s iconic dishes, made with beautiful Scottish produce. There’s coal-roasted scallops, aged Highland beef fillets, neeps and tatties, and, of course, haggis faggots, finished with a luscious bone-marrow gravy. Cooked from scratch with love and care.
WEAR TARTAN AND GET A FREE PUD
We’ve collaborated with our friends Mc’Nean – an organic whisky distillery on the west-coast of Scotland – to create a seriously special winter cocktail made with single-malt whisky, Scottish stout and nutmeg, plus a heavenly whisky and walnut tart with caramelised oranges and whisky ice cream. And if you wear some tartan, you’ll get one for free!*
*Valid from 24-26 January 2025. Not valid with any other offer or set menu. One walnut tart per person, if that guest is wearing tartan and has bought a main course.
ABOUT US
JAMIE’S LOVE LETTER TO FOOD
ABOUT US
Nestled beside the iconic Theatre Royal Drury Lane is Jamie Oliver Catherine St; a celebration of Britain’s rich food culture and Jamie’s culinary love letter to the roots that inspired his passion for cooking. Since 2023, our restaurant, with its cosy booths, Art Deco-inspired bar and stunning dining room (spot Jamie’s favourite artwork) has been a joyful celebration of nostalgia, bang in the heart of Covent Garden.
And the food? It’s truly something special. British classics are lovingly reimagined: think golden Scottish langoustine scampi, native-breed meat, beautifully aged British cheeses and Scotch eggs with rich Cacklebean yolks, all crafted with ingredients from Jamie’s favourite suppliers. Signature cocktails are inspired by the seasons and created in-house, while our wines and beers — chosen for their quality and flavour — are perfect for toasting with loved ones.
But we’re more than just a restaurant; we’re a reflection of Jamie’s journey, from a young boy helping out in the kitchen at The Cricketers, his parents’ award-winning pub in Essex, where he grew up, right through to the renowned chef and restaurateur we admire today.
JAMIE’S INSPIRATION
It was in his parents’ pub and restaurant, which sat at the heart of the local community, where Jamie learned the importance of provenance, seasonality and skillful preparation — values that shaped his early years at the River Café and became the cornerstones of his own kitchens, including those at Fifteen and Barbecoa. They remain the golden thread in his career, from The Naked Chef to his latest cookbooks and beyond.
Jamie Oliver Catherine St is Jamie’s homage to those cherished beginnings, and the place to make happy memories of your own. So whether you’re stopping by for a pre-theatre supper or lingering over a leisurely meal with loved ones, we can’t wait to welcome you for a meal you’ll remember.
FOOD THAT GIVES BACK
Thank you for dining with us. Each meal we serve helps support The Jamie Oliver Ministry of Food Programme, whose mission it is to teach one million people to cook by 2030.
We run hands-on food education programmes across the UK and beyond, working in schools with our Jamie Oliver 10 Skills programme and in communities through our Ministry of Food Community programme. Our aim is to teach basic cooking skills that empower people to create affordable and nutritious meals for themselves and their families.
So far, our programmes have helped over 200,000 adults and children learn how to cook. And with the help of incredible local partners, we’re able to reach a wide range of demographics, including young people, families, young carers, and those recovering from addiction.
Everyone deserves to eat well and feel confident in the kitchen.
SUSTAINABILITY AT OUR CORE
When we opened on Catherine Street, we committed to going all-in on sustainability. From sourcing the best British ingredients to creating menus that reflect the seasons and showcase produce from local farmers and suppliers across the UK, our dishes are the proof in the pudding.
There’s grass-fed meat from family-run HG Walter Butchers, sustainable seafood from Stickleback Fish Company, seasonal fruit and veg from Wonky Veg and some banging British cheeses from Neal’s Yard Dairy — our menu celebrates quality ingredients, treated with love and care.
GOOD FOOD, EVEN BETTER PLANET
We’ve made sure our whole operation is as sustainable as possible. We cook on induction hobs and 100% of our energy comes from renewable sources. We’re also big on tackling waste — nothing we use goes to landfill, it’s all rescued and reused.
We’re all about cutting our carbon footprint in line with science and pushing ourselves to smash some big, ambitious goals. Whether it’s driving positive behavioural change or tackling food waste and campaigning for better food systems.
PROPER SUNDAY ROASTS
SUNDAYS DONE RIGHT
We’re taking weekends to the next level with one of the best roast dinners in London.
PROPER ROAST DINNERS
Make your Sunday extra tasty with incredible roasts, including dry-aged beef and beautiful vegan options. We also have sensational seasonal specials on offer, like our Blythburgh pork shoulder with spiced apple sauce.
All our roasts are served with a Yorkshire pudding, seasonal veggies, gorgeous gravy and crispy potatoes. Bring your loved ones together for a cosy Sunday in the heart of Covent Garden.
UNLOCK LIMITLESS POTATOES
Crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle… The perfect roast potato is a thing of beauty, and we’re letting our lucky guests max out on them when they say the secret password.
Mention the GOLDEN ROASTIE to your waiter to unlock bottomless roast potatoes. You won’t want to miss this!
STEP BACK IN TIME
We’re also bringing a bit of retro magic to your Sunday with our vintage serving trolley. Your meat will be wheeled over and carved tableside, just like Jamie’s dad, Trevor, used to do at The Cricketers.
BEST OF BRITISH
Raise a glass to the weekend with an award-winning English sparkling wine from Coates & Seely. Their crisp and zesty Brut Reserve is the perfect partner for a roast and can make your Sunday even more special.
